Cancellation conditions

GENERAL CANCELLATION TERMS:

Below you will find the terms that apply in case of cancellation. The displayed amounts and percentages are due in the event of cancellation.

Applicable cancellation cost :

 Upon cancellation of (one) room(s) in the B&B (*)(**):

· within 48 hours of reservation: free, unless arrival is less than 14 days later.

· Upon cancellation less than 14 days before arrival day, the cancellation fees are 100%.

· If you fail to show up without notifying (no show): 100% of the reservation cost.

 Special conditions for cancellation of holiday home reservations (*)(**):

· within 48 hours of reservation: free, unless arrival is less than 30 days later.

· up to the 30th day before arrival: the down payment (30%) of the rent sum is charged

· less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the rent sum

· no-show: 100%

If B&B/Holiday Home De Woestijn itself has to cancel your reservation due to mandatory closure caused by measures imposed by the Belgian government or another governmental authority, you will be notified immediately, and the owner will refund the amount already paid if no alternative rebooking is possible. The guest has no further or other rights than reclaiming the paid amount.

The guest may, in such cases, claim on their cancellation or travel assistance insurance to recover the funds. Inquire with your insurer for sufficiently covering insurance; this may also be useful for other travels.
