Cancellation conditions

GENERAL CANCELLATION TERMS:

Below you will find the terms and conditions that apply in case of cancellation. The amounts and percentages displayed are due in case of cancellation.

Applicable cancellation costs:

 In case of cancellation of (a) room(s) at the B&B (*)(**):

· Within 48 hours after reservation: free, unless arrival is less than 14 days later.

· In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 100%.

· If you do not show up without notification (no-show): 100% of the reservation cost.

 Special conditions for cancelling bookings of the holiday home (*)(**):

· Within 48 hours after reservation: free, unless the arrival date is less than 30 days away.

· Up to 30 days before arrival: the deposit (30%) of the rental sum will be charged.

· Less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the rental sum.

· No-show: 100%.

If B&B/Holiday Home De Woestijn is forced to cancel your reservation due to mandatory closure imposed by measures from the Belgian government or another government authority, you will be notified immediately and the owner will refund any amounts already paid if no alternative rebooking is possible. The tenant has no further or other right than the reimbursement of the paid amount.

The tenant can, if applicable, claim on his cancellation or travel assistance insurance to recover the funds. Check with your insurer for sufficient coverage; this can also be useful for other trips.
